Composite Engine

The WVPO multi-agent system from chapter 37.

A copilot that knows your preparation, reads the session with you and justifies every suggestion — while the decision technically stays with you.

The architecture

Six subagents. One score. Your final word.

Five analysis agents weigh the method's layers of evidence into one deterministic score — reproducible, in code, not in prose. Next to them stands the risk engine with an absolute veto.

Score pipeline from chapter 37: analysis agents → deterministic score → risk veto → operator decision.

Deterministic score

Scoring is pure code: same data, same score — reproducible and calibratable against the edge database. AI explains, it does not decide.

Local first

The engine runs as a desktop app on your machine. Broker credentials and API keys stay local with you — no cloud account holding your keys.

Stops at the broker

Every position sits as a bracket/OCO directly at the broker. If the app crashes, your stop stays in place.

Human in the loop

Technically enforced: the order engine only accepts orders you approved in the dialog. There is no code path around you.

Interface concept

The 14-field alert — and why it slows you down.

When the agents converge, a complete alert appears: levels, risk, reasoning. You have to approve it yourself — deliberately delayed against the autopilot reflex.

Roadmap

Honest status instead of promises.

Three build stages, no date promises: each stage counts as done when it is — the proof runs along in the devlog.

  1. V1

    In build

    Sim operator

Replay + simulation: the engine reproduces the book series' reference cases on real data — alert, score and forensics already run.

  2. V2

    Planned

    Broker connection

Live order routing via pluggable brokers (Tradovate, IBKR, Rithmic) — only after an external legal review.

  3. V3

    Prepared

    Trade management

Breakeven, partial targets, structure trail: the management logic is built in the simulator and calibrated on the book cases.
