A technical book of 770 pages, 149 figures and several thousand numbers is not free of errors, and neither is this one. Rather than claim otherwise, we list every reported error here with its correction and status. Whoever finds one helps every reader after them.

No errors have been reported so far. The list grows with every report.
How corrections are made
A factual error (a wrong number, a wrong date, a wrong relationship) is corrected in both formats immediately: the e-book receives an update, and the printed interior is replaced at the printer so that new copies carry the correction. A mere typo waits for the next print update and is listed here until then.
